CHOMP ON SOFTBAITS is an online Instagram fishing event where registered anglers compete to win swimbait prizes by catching qualifying bass using approved softbait swimbaits.

🎣 Eligible Species

Participants may enter catches of:
• Largemouth Bass
• Spotted Bass
• Smallmouth Bass
• Striped Bass
• Spotted Bay Bass
• Sand Bass
• Calico Bass

Size: No minimum — any size qualifies

🪱 Bait Requirements
• Must use a softbait swimbait (5 inches or larger)
• Hard swimbaits are NOT allowed

✅ How to Enter
1. Purchase an Angler Card sticker at:
www.badnewsbass.com
2. Write your Instagram handle on the card
3. Take a photo that clearly shows:
• Your catch
• The swimbait used
• Your Angler Card
4. Post on Instagram (feed posts only — Stories do NOT count)
5. Tag: @badnewsbass

✔ Limit: One entry per angler
